OpsTree helped us standardise the entire infrastructure setup by creating processes around change requests, managing SLAs and RCAs, etc. They also do an architectural review every three months to analyse some of the problem and solution areas we can work upon to handle our scale in a more cost efficient manner, also we are getting help in database optimization from them. OpsTree provides us dedicated personnel directly catering to the data engineering problems we are trying to solve, which helps a lot.
