Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Associate with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically targeting cloud and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and setting up meetings with decision-makers across the Domestic, US, or Middle East markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in B2B tech sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify leads using platforms like Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Cloud-Specific Outreach: Engage with prospects who are working in or migrating to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), aligning Opstree’s services with their needs.
- Outreach Campaigns: Drive outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up calls to secure meetings with potential clients.
- Meeting Setup: Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the Business Development team.
- Targeted Market Engagement: Focus outreach based on geographical expertise – Domestic, US, or Middle East markets.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain data hygiene and lead tracking using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align on campaign strategies and customer pain points.
- Sales Enablement: Stay informed on Opstree’s technical offerings and tailor outreach based on product capabilities and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in the IT/Tech services sector.
- Market Knowledge: Prior experience in engaging with clients from cloud-first IT companies or DevOps-focused service providers.
- Cloud Knowledge: Foundational understanding of cloud platforms – AWS, GCP, Azure – and how they relate to client environments and Opstree’s offerings.
